Driver On Flexible High Thermal Conductivity Board,DOHB

Driver On Flexible High Thermal Conductivity Board puts power driver IC on our High Thermal Conductivity Board, which saves the cost of power supply and also solve the heat generated from the driver IC and LEDs.
The Flexible High Thermal Conductivity Board is made by Ceramic composite material; the thermal conductivity is about 300 W/mK. After our optimization of material, the thermal conductivity could be raised to 400 W/mK, and the thermal resistance is less than 0.307℃/W. Besides its high performance on thermal conductivity, it also has high thermal radiation allowing it generates heat into air without wind.
One of another very important strength of this thermal ceramic board is: it’s a soft, flexible, and thin material. Users could put it on any kind of shaped surface. This will reduce use of aluminum heat sink material. It means reduce the heat sink cost. Because the material property and it can fit any flat or bend surface, our ceramic thermal board could fit the shape,transfer the heat evenly and smoothly to the heat sink, and the LEDs and power IC can be design on the same side on surface, no need extra additional power driver.
We provide our Power IC to our customers as Power solution, which is based on bridge circuit, offline liner constant current LED driver, and LEDs. Since this solution only adapts several resistors and ceramic capacitors, instead of electrolytic capacitor and magnetic components, it extends the life of power without the limitation of electrolytic capacitors. Therefore, our power IC solution saves the cost of AC-DC adaptor and extends the life of power: no EMI issue, small size, low cost, high efficiency (over 85%) and high power factor (over 0.96). We also guarantee the power life of 50000 hours.
In conclusion, the DOHB solution provides benefits to LED lamp designers, low LED junction temperature (9 to 13℃ lower than traditional design), and long life ( 5 years guarantee).
